She gave Hope and Liam the chance to be together, and the two are now planning to marry again as soon as possible. However, Steffy will be stunned when Hope takes things a step further and asks her to attend the nuptials on the Thursday, August 16 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
After deciding that a future with Liam (Scott Clifton) wasn’t for her and also realizing that marrying Bill (Don Diamont) wasn’t the right thing for her either, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes wood) committed to a new life where her primary focus was on herself and her daughter. Part of doing that on the CBS soap involved letting Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope (Annika Noelle) know that they were free to marry each other. Now, they are going full steam ahead with their wedding plans.
[post_ads]Though Steffy seems fine with everything and is committed to having a cordial relationship with them both since she and Hope will each be the mothers of Liam’s children, she will still be taken aback when Hope approaches her with an invite to the wedding. When she expresses her shock and seems to indicate that Hope is trying to rub it in her face that she will marry Liam, Hope will be adamant that the invitation is just another example of trying to keep things civil between them.
“This isn’t about winning or losing,” she says in a preview clip for the episode. “This is about us and our family coming together.”
Steffy may accept the invitation then, though both their mothers will think that the two of them are making a huge mistake.
Meanwhile, Liam will also be preparing for the wedding, by asking his brother, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) to be his best man. While Wyatt will be supportive of his brother marrying one of the women he loves, he may question him about the decision since it hasn’t been that long since his other aborted wedding to Hope and plans to marry Steffy. Naturally, Liam will become defensive as a result.
“It’s not just about who I want to be with,” he says in the clip. “It’s also about who I want to be.”
“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
