Prince William and Prince Harry have inherited their romantic side from their mother.
Prince William and Prince Harry reportedly kiss their wives based on the lessons they learned from their late mom, Princess Diana. According to Judi James, a body language expert, the Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex both grew up with Princess Diana being their role model when it comes to showing affection. However, they learned things differently.
Between the two, Prince Harry is the one who mimics their mom's trait of public displays of affection. This is probably the reason why Prince Harry and Markle are more touchy-feely. Here's what James has to say about the royals' kisses.
Prince William and Kate Middleton's Kiss

"William has always been appropriately cautious for a man who is heir to the throne and his non-verbal behaviour since his teens often signals more introvert traits, in direct contrast to his extrovert, risk-taking younger brother Harry," James explained (via Daily Express).
"His kiss with Kate at polo is suitably cautious and free of any open displays of emotion beyond general happiness," she added. "He leans in for his kiss rather than touching torsos and he even holds his award high up next to his ribs to ensure the spatial gap between them is more the 'friendship' variety rather than 'lovers.'"

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Kiss
Unlike the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are more tactile. They are not shy to kiss passionately even in front of the crowd. The expert added that there's a "celebrity approach to their PDA's."
"Harry seems happy to mimic his mother's trait of public displays of hugs and affection William might have grown up more aware of the potential risks involved," James said. "When he does show signs of holding back at all she will always give him a cue to be more open, as she appears to here in this very intimate and rather sexy kiss at polo."
James added that Prince Harry and Markle engage in eye-flirting before kissing passionately. The duchess tilts her head back as the duke leans forward that only adds romance to their kiss.
The fab four were expected to reunite at Charlie van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenk's wedding. However, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge didn't make it. It's possible that they were still in Mustique as they were last spotted in the private island days before the event.
